Jewell Parker is a self-described Customer Service Evangelist. Currently Director of Customer Service for DentaQuest and President of the Austin Contact Center Alliance, Ms. Parker has experience in almost every aspect of customer service organizations. She has consulted with companies like Sherwin Williams, Austin Community College and GTE. Previous to DentaQuest, Ms. Parker was part of the team that started the Austin 3-1-1 Citywide Information Center first as Training and Quality Manager and later as Operations Manager for the contact center. Jewell is also the lead facilitator for the ACCA Service Leadership Academy a course that teaches newly identified leaders to practice the principals of service leadership in their chosen field. She is a Certified Call Center Manager, Project Management Professional (PMP) and an ISO Lead Internal Auditor. See graduated with honors from Walden University with an Executive Masters in Business Administration and earned an under-graduate degree from Purdue University.
