years of contact center experience. He specifically specializes in contact
centers within the startup space bringing extensive experience with phone and
non-voice channels such as SMS, chat, email and community platforms.
Additionally, Chris understands both sides of client/vendor relationship in
detail since he has represented both interests in multiple roles throughout his
career. He is passionate about providing the best possible experience for the
customers he represents and strives to understand what drives their
satisfaction. Additionally, he is enthusiastic about creating and maintaining a
highly engaged, empowered, and motivated workforce. These both require him to
constantly reason from first principles and creatively solve problems.
