Director, Customer Contact Center Operations Pacific Gas and Electric
Chris joined PG&E in 2013 as Director of Customer
Service Local Offices and currently serves as Director of Contact Center
Operations and Work Force Management; leading PG&E’s 4 Contact Centers
comprised of over 1000 employees.
In his role, Chris is responsible for building, developing and
leading a world-class customer service organization while developing the
short-and long-term strategies that align with the Company’s vision, goals and
objectives. Prior to joining PG&E, Chris held the position of
Regional Operations Director for Dave and Busters’ Inc. overseeing multi-state
locations; He is an innovator in customer service with extensive experience in
team development, process improvement and customer sales/support. Chris is an Army Veteran and holds a Bachelor’s degree from
St. Johns University, Collegeville, MN.
He is also a graduate of Utility Executive Course, University of Idaho,
Moscow, ID. Chris and his wife Rebecca
live in Roseville, CA and have one daughter Alex and two sons, Ethan and Jack.
With over 30 years of customer service experience Chris has a strong track record
of leading large organizations and helping teams achieve their goals. Chris successfully attained the contact centers
at PG&E in 2016 and recently absorbed their workforce management
organization as well. He oversees four contact centers and 75 local offices in
California with over 1200 employees.
