Gerald Hastie is currently the Head of Global Customer Experience for Evernote. His team handles account management and supports for over 200 million business and consumer users across the global through phone, email, chat and social media. Prior to Evernote, he was Head of North America Care Operations at Google where his team supported Google consumer operations and Vice President of Customer Care at Time Warner Cable. Prior to leading care operations, Gerald was a Service Operations and Strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and Deloitte Consulting. He has been a leader in the customer service for twenty years as a consultant, technology vendor and head of major care operations.
