Lisa likes to challenge the status quo. As a Facilitator and Instructional Designer for 25 years, Lisa’s clients have repeatedly used these words to describe her style and the development initiatives she brings to them as “high energy”, “engaging”, “interactive”, “relevant” and “makes a difference”. Prior to joining Bonfire in 2011, Lisa worked as a training and development consultant to numerous companies. She has designed, collaborated on and facilitated hundreds of learning initiatives while working with dozens of different industries. From Fortune 500 companies to small and mid-size organizations, each training initiative is customized to each company’s unique culture, challenges and opportunities. Each initiative is focused on relevant professional development and aligned to achieve business results. As a Bonfire Senior Trainer and Instructional Designer, Lisa provides development opportunities for both leadership teams and front-line staff in areas such as customer service, employee engagement, teamwork, communication, coaching, leadership and high-performing relationships.
