Marrow has been CEO of Qualfon since 2012.
In that period of time, Qualfon has grown from 4 service delivery
locations and a handful of clients to 28 locations and numerous fortune 100
clients. Prior to Qualfon, Mr. Marrow
was the CEO of APAC Customer Services, a publicly traded BPO primarily with service
delivery operations across the USA, Asia, and Latin America. Prior to
APAC, Mr. Marrow was the Managing Director for the contact center service
offerings for commercial clients at ACS/Xerox (now Conduent). At ACS, he led the expansion of ACS’ service
delivery locations from a USA only solution to a solution which included
Mexico, Jamaica, Brazil, India and the Philippines. Mr. Marrow holds a
bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in education technology,
both from San Jose State University.
