Pam is the Assistant Vice President Customer & Corporate
Services at Canadian Pacific Railway. Based in Winnipeg, Pam oversees CP's
Shared Service Centre that incorporates Customer Service, Operational,
Financial and HR transactional support functions. Leading a diverse team of
approximately 400 management and unionized staff, the focus is to improve our
customer experience and drive down our cost to serve through process and technology
Prior to her current position, Pam was the General Manager of
Lead to Cash, a multi-year technology program focused on improving our customer
facing sales, service and financial tools. Pam has held leadership positions in
Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Operations and joined CP in 1997 as a Sales
Pam is passionate about continuous process improvement and
innovation and has utilized Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve
transactional excellence. A recipient of three Canadian Pacific President Awards,
she has been recognized for her contributions to improving customer experience.
